Envilo - Terms of Service

Envilo ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") provides the SaaS platform available at https://www.envilo.app (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("User" or "you") agree to these legally binding Terms. If you disagree, you may not use the Service.

Account & Access

• Eligibility: You must be ≥18 years old or have legal guardian consent.
• Registration: Provide accurate information and keep credentials secure.
• Subscription: Access requires active payment. Free trials (if any) auto-convert to paid plans unless canceled.
• Refunds: Full refunds available within 7 days of purchase (excludes abuse or violation of terms).

User Responsibilities

• Compliance: Use the Service lawfully and per these Terms.
• Prohibited Uses:
  • Reverse engineering, scraping, or disrupting the Service.
  • Uploading malicious code or illegal content.
  • Impersonation or fraudulent activity.
• Liability: You're responsible for all activities under your account.

Data & Privacy

• Ownership: You retain rights to your data; we only process it to provide the Service.
• Collection: See our Privacy Policy for details on data handling.
• Security: We implement industry-standard protections (e.g., encryption), but you're responsible for backing up your data.

Intellectual Property

• Our Rights: Envilo owns all software, trademarks, and content (unless stated otherwise).
• Your Content: You grant us a limited license to process/store content solely to operate the Service.
• Feedback: Suggestions you submit become our property.

Payments & Billing

• Fees: Prices are non-negotiable and exclude taxes.
• Renewals: Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 2 business days before the billing cycle.
• Chargebacks: May result in immediate account suspension.

Termination

• By You: Cancel anytime via your account dashboard.
• By Us: We may suspend/terminate for violations, non-payment, or legal compliance.
• Effect: Termination voids access; no prorated refunds.

Disclaimers & Limits

• Service "AS IS": Envilo depends on third-party providers and does not guarantee uninterrupted, accurate, or error-free service.
• Liability Cap: Our total liability ≤ your last 3 months of subscription fees.
• Indemnification: You'll cover costs if your misuse harms us or third parties.

Legal

• Governing Law: Laws of British Columbia, Canada.
• Updates: Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
